We Protect Against Fraud
Our rating system uses well-established techniques that protect against manipulation. A small number of extreme ratings cannot catapult someone to the top — or push them to the bottom. Volume and genuine history matter. Our pitch overview verification includes multi-stage AI authenticity checks. We do not let unverified business claims reach the public without scrutiny. If a creator feels a new domain should exist on the platform, they can submit a formal category request that goes through admin review. We grow deliberately, not recklessly.
We Keep the Community Healthy
Users can report content and accounts. Reported content is reviewed and acted upon. Users who receive poor ratings are excluded from recommendations sent to the person who rated them poorly — we never force a bad connection to repeat itself.

No formal age restriction. As long as you genuinely fit the spirit of the platform — building, creation/knowledge sharing, solving, teaching, innovating, idea sharing and validating, collaborating, learning, or investing — this is exactly where you belong. That said, we have a special place in our hearts for college goers and fresh graduates — the young innovators who are already shaping the world before it even notices.
Choose the categories where you are most skilled, most experienced, and most excited to contribute. Your broad categories are not just labels — they are your communities. They shape what content you see, what problems land in front of you, and who discovers you. The number of categories you can choose is limited by design — so choose the ones where you will genuinely thrive and add the most value. That said, your categories never trap you. When you have a problem to solve or a person to find, you can always explore cross-domain posts and connect with people from entirely different fields.
No — and there are no hidden charges either. The exact amount a learner or participant pays is transferred to you in full, minus only the transaction fees charged by the payment provider, which are unfortunately, beyond our control. The platform itself takes nothing in the form of a commission.
Once the session is complete, both the creator and the learner confirm it through a two-step process on the platform. As soon as both sides confirm, the creator receives a link to transfer their payment. No waiting, no chasing.
If a learner does not show up, the creator should cancel the booking after 10 minutes. The booking amount will be returned to the learner. If the booking is not cancelled the amount will be transferred to learner after 2 hours, automatically.
The platform is currently free to use — all features included. When a platform fee is introduced, it will be a single, simple charge at an extremely fair price. No tiered plans, no complexity.
Your sessions will remain visible as offerings. However, learners will not be able to book them until an active subscription is in place.
Absolutely. Creators can offer sessions at any price — including zero. It is worth noting that 15-minute sessions are always free and cannot be charged. They also serve as a mandatory introductory slot for monthly session packages — giving learners a chance to meet the creator before committing.
Currently, payments are processed in INR only. Support for additional currencies will be introduced in future updates.
Yes. The Creator Town is available as a mobile app. The download link will be on the home page.
Joining as an investor is not instant. You will need to submit a photo identity proof, address proof, and a self-declaration confirming that you are legally eligible to invest. These can be uploaded as part of your profile, in document section. Our team reviews and approves investor accounts manually. Automated KYC verification will be integrated in a future update.
We strongly encourage both parties to resolve disagreements between themselves first. If that is not possible, either party can escalate the matter to us and we will step in to review and mediate.
The Creator Town facilitates business discovery — not investment. If an investor finds a business they want to back, all final negotiations and financial transactions must happen entirely outside the platform. We are proud to be the place where that conversation begins.
Your address is not mandatory, but providing a valid one is strongly recommended — it adds authenticity and completeness to your profile. You remain in full control of whether it is visible: if you choose to make it public from your profile settings, you become discoverable in location-based searches. If you keep it private, you simply won’t appear in those results. Either way, the choice is always yours.
Your social media presence is proof of who you are. Creators with an established following on other platforms instantly appear more credible and trustworthy — people are more likely to follow and book someone they can verify. If you share educational content, showcase products, or run a community elsewhere, linking those profiles lets your work speak for itself. It also works the other way — your Creator Town profile becomes a discovery point that drives new followers back to your social channels.
Ratings and reviews are currently tied to 1-on-1 sessions and other direct interaction types. Workshop attendees cannot leave a formal rating after a workshop at this time.
